A PIN, or your personal identification number, is a 4-digit code used to verify the person making the purchase. All physical Float cards have a PIN set at the time of creation, just before you input the shipping information for your card.

You can also find your PIN in your Float account. Navigate to Cards > Physical > [Specific Card] > "Show PIN"
If you've had issues resetting or creating your PIN, here are the most common errors we have noted in the past:
- Try logging into your Float account on a different wifi network or on mobile data.
- Check to ensure you do not have an active VPN.
- Ensure your firewall is not blocking 'VeryGoodSecurity'.
- If you are on your employer's network or device, reach out to your IT team to ensure the following domains are not blocked:
