Nothing! As a current Professional customer, you get access to Float’s new features on your existing plan. 

I’m an Essentials Customer, How Do I Upgrade to Pro?

Contact our Customer Support Team and we will upgrade your account - you’ll get started with a free 60-day trial, and you can choose to go back to Essentials by contacting our Support team.

I’m a New Customer, How Do I Get Access?

New customers can get access to a free 60-day trial of Float’s Professional plan - simply select the Professional plan when signing up, and you won’t be billed for your first 60 days! After that time, you will start being billed $99 monthly and will have access to Float’s Professional and Enterprise features released in 2023.

If you sign up for Essentials, you can upgrade to Pro at any time in 2023 by contacting our Support team and getting access to these features.

What Are The Benefits of Pro?

Float’s Professional plan includes features built for companies looking to get more visibility and control over company spending and automate more administrative tasks. Essentials is our free plan for smaller (but fast-growing) companies looking for access to hassle-free corporate cards tied with intelligent expense management software that scales.

What If I Want To Downgrade Later?

You can downgrade your plan to Essentials (which is free!) at any time and still get access to many of Float’s business spend management features. 

Will I Be Charged More Later?

Whether you're currently on Pro or sign up for Pro in 2023, you will keep access to select Enterprise features like Transaction Reviews and HRIS that are launching in 2023 at your existing Pro price of $99 a month.

In the future, as we introduce new features and plans, all customers will continue to have the option to select the plan that best fits their business needs.
