If you are not receiving emails from Float, there are few things we can check to get you back on the right path.
- Please ensure you have checked your email is spelt correctly in settings > profile.
- In the past some email providers have blocked our emails, such as Outlook. While this does not seem to be an issue anymore, it would be worth adding floatcard.com to your safe sender list.
- An admin has turned off notifications on the Float settings.
If you have previously received emails, and they have stopped all of a sudden, please make a note of the last emails date, time and timezone you got before contacting support.
