How to Use Your Float Card

You have a Float card assigned to you and you are approved to spend $ but you do not know how or where?

If you have a virtual card, you are able to spend anywhere on the web that accepts VISA (which is very common). 

For billing:

1. Use your company billing address on the platform. If the merchant denies it - try again with the same shipping address (regardless if it is your personal address). 

2. Use your company cardholder name or billing name on the platform. 

If you get any transaction declined, please look into Transactions > Declined and there will be a reason there. See Declines for more details.
