If you need to withdraw some or all of your money to your bank account, you will need to reach out to us at support (support@floatcard.com). Please supply a reason for the withdrawal incase our RISK department needs to verify.
This is a manual movement from our team, so it can take 2-3 days to process, then it takes 1-5 business days for the money to arrive in your account.
Unfortunately, there is no way to speed this up at this time.
