When you add a user to Float, we will immediately send them an email to set their password, along with an introduction to Float’s system. We suggest explaining Float to your employees on the same day as you send them invitations.
Adding your employees
You can add your employees directly in the app. We have a Help Center article on how to invite users and assign permissions.
For larger companies, we can help you bulk add users. Fill out and return our bulk import template and we’ll invite your employees for you!
Teaching your company to use Float
Once you've invited your team to Float, we recommend sending out a brief email letting them know what Float is and how you expect them to use it to save everyone time and money.
We've created a Guide to Getting Started that you can share with your employees directly and add to your expense policy (and company wiki!)

We're rolling out Float to make it easier for everyone to request and spend on the company's behalf. This helps save us time and money by enabling everyone to easily request expenses, get them approved, and get access to single-use Visa cards in a matter of minutes. You should have received a user invite to your email already, please let me know if you haven't.
As always, please ensure that any spending complies with our existing company expense policy, and that you upload receipts to Float after every transaction.
